Investment Summary

Clients will be able to view their total investments and its current value. Additionally, summaries of total dividend or interest received, total dividends reinvested, the total value of the portfolio and profit/loss values of investments can also be viewed. To take timely and strategic actions, this option is very helpful. The clients’ portfolio is presented in a pictorial form (Pie chart) based upon the scheme type of asset allocation. This option is a highly customized and allocates investment options like Equity, Balanced, Growth, ELSS, Liquid etc. that the clients have been utilizing in their investments.

Portfolio Manager

This option is ideal for every investor. With the portfolio manager option, clients are able to manage both small and large portfolio investments. It is a detailed view for each of the scheme invested by the client. Result contains the Name of the scheme, Folio number, Investment amount, Switch out amount, Number of remaining units, Current NAV, Current value, Redemption value, Dividend payout value, Dividend reinvestment, XIRR return, absolute return and number of days since the first investment in the scheme. This option is very sophisticated and allows clients’ to keep track of their multiple portfolios.

Quick View

A quick view of the mutual funds which displays the name of the scheme, number of units in each scheme, NAV and the current value. With this option investors have complete control over their previous and past investments along with what gain or loss these investments have generated. Clients can utilize information available here for making future investment decisions. The best thing is that information is available in a summarized way so that all important information can be accessed quickly and easily.

Recent Transactions

This feature displays the last 10 transactions both of an individual investor and at family level. Results derived from this option includes the date of transaction, Folio number, name of the scheme, transaction type (like New Purchase, Redemption, Reinvestment, Additional purchase etc.), number of units, NAV value and value of the transaction. Clients can find this option beneficial to track their previous investments and how well these investments have served them. It serves as a path for making taking future decisions and making profitable investments.

Search Transactions

Search for particular transactions using this helpful option. By entering in the dates between which the specific transaction took place will help in providing complete details of that transaction. Clients can also search for a transaction based upon different scheme types so as to manage their portfolio and produce capital gains. Additionally, we have options to filter the search based on Investor, Asset Management Company (AMC) and transaction type. The results generated from this option includes the Date of transaction, Folio number, name of the investor, name of the scheme, transaction type (like New Purchase, Redemption, Reinvestment, Additional purchase etc.), number of units, NAV value and value of the transaction.

Goal

Discipline creates a bridge between goals and their timely accomplishments. Investors can create different types of goals like Education, Marriage, purchase a new car or real estate (land, house), retirement and vacation. Investors can easily fill in the details required like the name of the goal, goal start and end date, estimated cost of the goal based on current value, existing savings towards that goal, expected inflation rate and returns of investment. System will automatically calculate the amount required at the end of goal period based on the values entered by the investor. Additionally, it will suggest the investor with the amount to be saved for each month to achieve the goal.

In order to attain these goals, it is important to have an adequate amount of money at the right time. The question is how to get the huge capital when required? The answer is simple, through investments and savings. This provides an option for the investor to map the investments towards the goals. Investors can set their goals and determine which mutual funds scheme will be the perfect fit for the goal. A list of investments that meets the needs of the goals will be presented so as to select the one most suitable. All mapped investments are displayed with their balance units, its net asset value (NAV) and its current value.
